Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange the return or replacement process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method, mobile banking, or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
